Questions
Is my data actually mine?
Yes. Export everything — entries, photos, documents — at any time, in a standard format. No lock-in, and we don’t sell anything about your property to anyone.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
Your card is charged the plan price on day 31 and monthly after that. Cancel before then from your Plan & billing page and you pay nothing. Cancel later and you keep access through the end of the month you paid for.
Will my insurance company accept this?
Insurers don’t certify apps, but they do want dated documentation with photos, receipts, and model numbers. That’s exactly what the PDF export gives them. Check with your carrier about what they need for your policy.
Do I have to enter years of history to get value?

Does it work for rentals?
